This Privacy Policy defines the rules of storing and accessing information on the User’s devices with the use of cookies and the use of other technologies for the implementation of services provided electronically requested by the User, by Apollogic Sp. z o.o. based in Poznań, 46 Rubież Street, 61-612 Poznań.
Definitions
Administrator– means Apollogic Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Poznań (61-612), 46 Rubież Street, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Poznań, Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Economic Department under KRS number 0000271719, NIP: 9721149470, Regon: 300476957, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in User’s devices.
Cookies– means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which the User uses the Website.
Cookies of the Administrator- means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.
External Cookies– means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners, through the website of the Service.
Service– means the website or application under which the Administrator operates the website, operating in the domain apollogic.com.
Device– means the electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
User– means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and the law, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
Cookies
The Cookies we use are safe for the User Device. In particular, by this means it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get into the Users’ Devices. These cookies allow us to identify the software used by the User and customize the Service individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they come, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.

Remembering the User’s location – correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling, in particular, adaptation of the information provided to the User taking into account his/her location. - Analysis and research, as well as audience audit – creation of anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Service’s Users use the Service’s websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content.
- Ensuring security and reliability of the Website.

Server data
For technical reasons, we record, among other things, the following data that your Internet browser transmits to us or our network provider (so-called server log files):

– the website from which you visit us (URL of the referring page)

– the date and time of your visit
– your IP address.
The above data are anonymous. They are stored separately from any personal information you may provide on our website. They cannot be attributed to a specific person. They are collected for statistical and marketing purposes, as well as to optimize our website and our offerings.
Google Analytics 4 with anonymization feature
We use Google Analytics 4, a web audience analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter “Google”). Google Analytics 4uses cookies (see above). The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, location and frequency of site visits, including IP address, is sent to Google in the United States and stored there.

reCAPTCHA
To protect the forms posted on the Site, we use the reCAPTCHA service offered by Google. It helps protect the site from spam, abuse and bot attacks, and allows us to distinguish whether a human or an automaton (bot) is using the site.
Google declares that the use of this service results in the transmission to Google of such data as URL, IP address, website user behavior, operating system, browser and retention information, cookies, statement view and scripts, user input behavior, as well as mouse movements in the “reCAPTCHA” checkbox area; however, the IP address transmitted as part of the reCAPTCHA service is not merged with other data collected by Google, unless you are logged into your Google account at the time of using this feature.
We have no influence on either what data Google collects or the extent of that data.

Google Ads
In order to promote the Website, we also use the advertising tool Google Ads – a service owned by Google LLC If you have reached our website via Google Ads, cookies will be stored on your computer, which are deleted after 30 days. They are not used to identify you. If you visit our website before such cookies have been deleted, we and Google can both recognize that you, as a user, clicked on one of our ads placed by Google and were redirected to our website.
The information collected through these cookies is used by Google to create statistics on visitors to our website.
