Smart Business

We are experienced consultants who support organizations in designing and optimizing key business processes across sales, procurement, and finance.

In the area of Customer Experience and CRM (SAP CX), we focus on building consistent customer journeys, improving sales processes, and making better use of data.

Since 2016, we have also been developing proprietary tools supporting finance departments, such as solutions for JPK (including schemas for JPK CIT), WhiteList, and KSeF, which automate regulatory obligations and enhance operational security.
