Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for the SAP BI/BW/BDC/Datasphere area and for managing the work of consultants. We are looking for someone who can effectively connect technology with business needs.

You will also participate in presales activities and take part in implementation, migration, and development projects. An important part of the role will be ensuring data quality and performance, supporting users, delivering trainings, and contributing to the development of team documentation and knowledge base.

This role is for you, if You

• Have 6+ years of professional experience with SAP BW / BW4HANA and Datasphere.
• Have actively participated in projects integrating BW and/or Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA.
• Have at least 2–3 years of experience as a team leader or technical BI manager (teams of 3–5 people).
• Have experience in requirements analysis and report architecture design using tools within the SAP Business Data Cloud environment.
• Are able to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions within Business Data Cloud.
• Have experience in effort estimation, project costing, and defining assumptions for IT projects, as well as hands-on knowledge of the presales and bidding process.
• Have experience in process documentation and knowledge base management.
• Can communicate effectively with business stakeholders, manage stakeholder relationships, and make decisions.
• Are able to delegate tasks, mentor team members, and support their professional development.
• Know how to run status meetings, plan sprints, and manage backlogs.
• Have C1 proficiency in Polish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
• Hands-on experience with automation, SAC/BPC scripting, ABAP for BW, CDS Views
• Knowledge of AI/ML-related topics and platforms
• Knowledge of German
• SAP certifications (BDC, BPC, SAC, BW/4HANA, Databricks)
