About the role

We are looking for a Consultant to join our Procurement Excellence team of 6 people. The team focuses on implementing and supporting existing client solutions, covering procurement processes using SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, and SAP S/4HANA.

Your responsibilities

Within implementation projects:

• Analyzing business requirements and procurement processes, and translating them into system solutions in SAP Ariba / SAP S/4HANA
• Configuring SAP Ariba in line with project requirements and preparing functional documentation
• Leading project workshops and collaborating with business users in process design
• Participating in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Within system support:

• Handling service requests (2nd and 3rd line support), analyzing and resolving tickets reported by users
• Implementing system changes and improvements (change requests), including configuration and testing
• Collaborating with business users and technical teams to enhance system functionality, quality, and usability

This job is for you, if

• You have at least 1 year of experience working with SAP Ariba (implementation, support, or administration)
• You have experience with ERP-class systems or tools supporting procurement processes
• You have a good understanding of procurement processes (Procurement / Source-to-Pay)
• You have strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• You take a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Enjoy teamwork but are also able to work independently
• You have an advanced level of English

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP Ariba configuration or other SAP systems
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in the Procurement and Sourcing area
• Experience working with end clients (workshops, requirements analysis, solution presentations, UAT support)
• Knowledge of German
