
IT E2E Business Development Specialist

Apollogic is a company with 19 years of experience in IT consulting, specializing in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, SAP Customer Experience, SAP Analytics, and SAP FI solutions. We support clients in optimizing business processes by implementing development and migration projects. We also leverage low‑code and no‑code technologies to build applications faster, automate tasks, and support process digitalization.
We are expanding our E2E channel and are looking for a person who can combine sales, a proactive client approach, and recruitment know‑how, contributing to the growth of the E2E channel at Apollogic, based on long‑term, partnership‑driven relationships.
Your role
- Acquiring and developing the E2E channel
- Building and updating competency maps (technologies, industries, cooperation models)
- Proactively generating leads for strategic competencies
- Managing the full E2E sales process
- Designing outsourcing solutions (scope, KPIs, SLAs, pricing models)
- Coordinating with Recruitment, Delivery, Consulting, and Legal regarding project and resource planning
- Coordinating and settling cooperation with individuals working on client contracts
- Developing outsourcing models, including staff augmentation services
- Cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing
- Managing the sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM
This job is for you if you have:
- 5- 8 years of experience in B2B sales / IT outsourcing
- experience in IT recruitment (sourcing, search, candidate management)
- experience building partner networks and working with freelancers
- experience in running a full E2E sales process independently
- knowledge of models such as body leasing, managed services, staff augmentation, fixed price, time & material
- experience working with clients in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and finance
- understanding of EU and US markets
- proficiency in Polish and English at the C1 level
- willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Poznań

The recruitment process consists of just two stages:
- After an initial review of applications, our recruiter will reach out to selected candidates for a short phone call
- In the second stage, you’ll meet us on-site in our office – you’ll talk with two team members, including the Team Leader, so that you get a full understanding of the position
Each candidate will be clearly informed about their current stage in the process
