We support our clients in optimizing business processes by delivering development and migration projects. We also leverage low-code and no-code solutions to accelerate application development, automate tasks, and support process digitalization.
You will join a close-knit marketing team where independence and real influence on the company’s growth strategy truly matter. We work closely with the sales team, combining creative content development with an analytical approach to the sales funnel. Your role
- Actively generating B2B leads for IT products and services
- Designing, executing, and optimizing prospecting campaigns across multiple channels (including LinkedIn, email, content, and digital campaigns)
- Managing the marketing and sales funnel in close cooperation with the sales team
- Analyzing the IT market: identifying potential customers, their business needs, and effective ways to reach them
- Initiating and testing new sales opportunities (use cases, segments, channels)
- Managing the company’s social media channels
- Creating and coordinating sales-oriented content (posts, articles, landing pages, sales enablement materials)
- Preparing reports and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities
You’ll be on our radar if you
- Have at least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in the IT / technology sector)
- Can demonstrate proven success in lead generation or marketing campaign execution
- Have a solid understanding of the IT sales funnel and experience working closely with sales teams
- Are comfortable analyzing data and optimizing activities based on insights
- Are self-driven, well-organized, and results-oriented
- Have strong communication skills and can work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Communicate fluently in English
