About the project

In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Finance, our client faced the obligation to integrate its SAP system with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). In doing so, the choice fell on the SAP DRC tool – it meets the KSeF requirements not only in Poland, but in many other countries around the world, which was a major advantage for a company with a global reach. As the customer already had integrated support for electronic invoices in other markets, it was important to ensure smooth operations and to make sure that the Polish implementation would not compromise processes in other countries.

The Apollogic team worked comprehensively with the client and the SAP team to handle all accounting processes. As a result of the successful implementation, the client’s stated requirements were met, such as the delivery of invoices to KSeF in an automated manner and the ability to track the status of sent invoices in a dedicated cockpit.

customer-specific processes and transactions not yet supported by SAP DRC at the time of implementation,
the need to install a number of additional notes to SAP to enable DRC to function correctly, due to the customer’s SAP system version,
ongoing development and updates to the DRC solution introduced by SAP during implementation,

installation of the solution on two different test environments, requiring additional configuration
operating on a global SAP instance and the need to verify that the work performed does not interfere with the circulation of electronic invoices in other markets,
