Implementation of SAP Fiori and SSO in Animex

Apollogic successfully realized the project of implementation of SAP Fiori for Animex. It allowed the staff of the company to work quicker and more comfortably. SAP Fiori application limited wide range of activities, which were responsible for longer than necessary work time of Purchase Department. Thanks to it, it is possible to conduct a transaction easier and in more efficient way. As a result of SAP Fiori implementation, using SAP system had become much more comfortable.

Nevertheless, one of the biggest difficulties of using web apps on mobile devices is logging into the application data. Creating a password is usually not a difficult thing, but keeping in memory may be problematic. System very often requires capital letters, some special characters or specified numbers of them.  The alternative is SSO mechanism, based on certificates X. 509. After having generated client certificates which consist of, inter alia, user name, particular certificates are signed by Authorization Center in order to verify the authenticity of the certificate. Now it is only needed to send client certificates by MDM tool (Mobile Device Management) to all mobile devices which have the possibility of logging by SSO.

In this context, implementation of SSO mechanism in Animex improves staff’s work and saves time by shortening the process of logging in.
