CRM tools market trends – an article in IT Wiz!
In the April edition of IT Wiz magazine, our Product Manager/UX Designer, Szymon Mydlarz, described the latest trends on the CRM tools market. In his publication Szymon looked closely into the issue of User Experience which exerts significant influence on designing contemporary CRM systems.
At present, there is a trend on the IT market to simplify everything that can possibly be simplified. Numerous filtering and sorting options have disappeared from the main CRM screen, giving way to dynamically presented contextual data. This application learns the user’s behaviour and displays settings which are most often employed by a particular user. Furthermore, information is limited to what is most needed by the user at a given moment, says our Product Manager in his article.
Among other trends appearing in the CRM tools market, Szymon also mentions integration of CRM systems with social media: The advancing social CRM continues to gather strength thanks to brand monitoring in social networks, i.e., not only entertainment networks like Facebook and Twitter, but also professional ones, like Linkedin or Goldenline, and thanks to “catching” potential customers who, expressing their opinion about the company in the network, increase the probability of extending the group of satisfied buyers of goods or services.
