Apollogic SAF application – safe SAF delivery to audit authorities!

Apollogic SAF  application ensures safe and stable data sending from any accounting system to the Ministry of Finance in a format compatible with the new regulations. This functionality is part of the Apollogic SAF  solution which supports the entire process associated with the Standard Audit File – from its generation, encryption, file delivery through to the receipt of Official Receipt Confirmation (the so-called. UPO).

The solution, created in collaboration with  SAP, is a universal application which supports the following:

• Procuring Standard Audit Files in accordance with the requirements set by the Ministry of Finance,
• Signing the files using the Qualified Electronic Signature from any manufacturer who is accepted by the Ministry of Finance,
• Easy and safe data delivery with full tracking of the process status.

When you have sent the report in the form of a Standard Audit File, the application cockpit displays information about the current status of the delivery process. Successful delivery of the report is confirmed by the UPO document, which can be downloaded directly from the application. In the absence of success, e.g. due to system failure on the receiver’s side, the application registers all undertaken attempts to re-send.

The SaaS type solution is addressed to companies obliged to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Finance who, however, do not want to modify their infrastructure and application areas related to the management of the organization. The application is available to all companies with the ERP system, as well as those storing data in files of any format, including Excel.
