SAF Update: The Ministry of Finance announces the release of the application for the file delivery
This week, the Ministry of Finance announced releasing an application available for sending SAF files in accordance with the statutory requirements. Unfortunately, due to to the ministerial announcement, it will not be released before August 22. Given the fact that the binding date of delivery of the first VAT records for companies is by 25 August, the declared date seems to be very risky. Detailed information relating to the application will be announced only in the manual, which will be attached to it.
Being given no chance for testing the program and a very late release can generate a number of problems for companies. The application has not been tested by companies in practice. This fact is associated with a considerable risk that it may not fulfil its role properly – it is especially stakes out to a non-standard use cases. Moreover, it is yet another additional element which works independently of the implementation used by the company. This causes unnecessary detachment of only one functionality from the entire software. Thus, it requires the staff to take up additional activities which may generate additional costs and training.
The Apollogic application, which combines all processes with a single, simple and intuitive Fiori type interface, comes handy here. The logic of sourcing data from company systems has been based on the highest standards, therefore appropriate, correctly structured information is obtained. In addition, one of the functionalities of our solution is signing the file using the Qualified Electronic Signature.
Additionally, the advantage included in the application is the file search engine which ensures instant access to files. Data obtained in this way can then be used in Business Intelligence analysis, streamlining company internal processes.
