Another step towards customer experience management is being taken by SAP.
The tech giant just announced acquiring another company related to the customer experience – Qualtrics (after hybris, GIGYA, Coresystems, and CallidusCloud).
What is Qualtrics?
Qualtrics is a SaaS (Software as a Service) experience management platform handling feedback and multiple types of business data. It consists of four applications using this data to improve the experience in the various fields:
- customer experience – monitoring, responding and enhancing relations with clients
- employee experience – insights for leaders to strengthen every stadium of the employee lifecycle
- brand experience – enabling understanding specific market and being a step ahead of the competition
- product experience – creating a successful launching of new products and suggests improvements based on the gathered data
The additional module of this solution, Research Core, is a research platform gathering and using all the necessary information in one place.
Importance of this cooperation
The common goal of those two brands is to make the best use of the combination of this information with operational data from sources like CRM, ERP or Spend Management.
What they call “experience data” means getting and making use of human sentiments at the very moment they happen.
