SAP Sales & PreSales Academy recap
Last week, an event addressed to SAP partners – CX Sales and Presales Academy – took place in Budapest at the SAP Hungary office. The main organizer of the meeting was Ines Vlahović, CEE Channel Manager in SAP Slovenia. The aim of the workshops was to support partners in achieving greater successes in sales and to expand their knowledge of solutions focused on the area of customer experience. The event was a great opportunity to network, exchange experiences and discuss important updates in SAP Customer Experience products. The meeting was attended by Tomasz Sochala – SAP Business Development Manager, Jakub Kaźmierczak and Filip Parobczy – SAP C/4HANA Consultants at Apollogic.
During the SAP Sales and Presales Academy all the products included in the SAP CX portfolio and their latest functionalities were presented. The emphasis was put on products that are relatively short in SAP’s offer: SAP Qualrtics, SAP Field Service Management and SAP Customer Data Cloud, but there were also workshops on topics that have long been associated with the portfolio of SAP Customer Experience: SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud – says Jakub Kaźmierczak.
