Updated structures of the new JPK_VAT with declaration (JPK_V7M and JPK_V7K)

The Ministry of Finance has announced an update of XML structures on its website. On 8 May 2020, updated structures of the new JPK_VAT with declaration (JPK_V7M and JPK_V7K) were published on ePUAP. These changes are intended to facilitate the implementation of the new JPK_VAT structure with declaration which is related to the update of the reference schemas and their validity dates.

We would like to reassure you that the update concerns the structure of the report itself and does not introduce any new data that entrepreneurs would have to collect. A detailed list of changes is available on the website of the Ministry of Finance.
