ADMA

ADMA is an initiative of the European Commission that focuses on offering support to manufacturing and production companies that want to take advantage of the latest developments in digital transformation. ADMA is an acronym for Advanced Manufacturing, which means the factories of the future that apply innovative production processes and care about sustainable development and the social aspect of their operations.

ADMA in Poland is promoted by the Future Industry Platform Foundation, which registers and certifies digital transformation advisors, connecting them with companies that want to take advantage of their knowledge and experience in implementing modern technologies.

Apollogic consultants were among the first in Poland to obtain ADMA certification as early as 2020, which confirmed their competencies and allowed them to execute the first projects for companies interested in building a digital transformation roadmap.

Our offer

The ADMA methodology consists of three stages. We offer support at each of them:

ADMA audit

An ADMA audit aims to determine the maturity of a company in each of these areas. Our experts examine the processes and talk to representatives of the various departments within the company, paying particular attention to the differences in how employees in various departments perceive these processes. At the end of the Audit, the company’s management receives in-depth feedback with recommendations and identified areas for improvement. Additionally, our experts will show how to measure the progress of the transformation process towards the factory of the future and how to define Key Performance Indicators to assess the success of the process correctly.

ADMA Roadmap

The information obtained during the Audit is compiled in the form of a transformation plan taking into account the processes under study. The roadmap identifies recommended technologies for each of the seven transformation areas and the benefits that can be achieved using them. Interesting benchmarks are identified as well as studies and literature relevant to the company’s industry. The plan also includes a collection of partners and other companies that can provide implementation support on the way to the Factory of the Future.

ADMA Implementation Plan

In this step, we aim to identify and analyze solutions within selected areas of business transformation. Having experience in implementing modern technologies, our experts will help choose specific market solutions to make a breakthrough on the whole company or individual department level. The division of roles and responsibilities between company employees and external consultants and solution providers is also determined.

In March 2021 Polish Agency for Enterprise Development announced the start of the competition “Support for small and medium manufacturing enterprises in pilot actions related to the transformation towards Industry 4.0.” Companies that receive funding will be able to allocate support for service to develop a roadmap and consulting services related to its implementation.
