Smart sales through SAP Sales Cloud
Recently huge news has been announced by SAP.
Specifically, the company released SAP Customer Experience Suite – C/4HANA. One of its components is SAP Sales Cloud.

Lead enhancements and new features include Lead Routing Rules, a creation of leads from the account work center, and creating visits in a lead.
Show your opportunities on a map, link deals with opportunities with automatic conversion, schedule product revenue by quantity, and edit existing notes.
Sales quotes enhancements for BAdIs, quick add, new search capabilities, UI enhancements, and more are covered.
Enhancements and new features in Sales Orders include quantity increment personalization, Quick Add for products, personalized ordering options, enhanced data sources and external pricing authorizations quantity calculations, attach signatures to PDFs and total order value.
The new feature in forecasts allows you to remove personal information for data privacy.
Significant new features in activities include the ability to add a PDF summary to automated e-mails and add tasks and surveys to phone calls by using activity plans and routing rules.
Enhancements to visits include a new migration template for mass upload of activity plans, image recognition to compare a planogram to on-site display and enabling check-out with pending mandatory activities.
Enhancements to surveys functionality that includes a new survey category for registered products, attachments support for individual questions during survey execution, enhanced the advanced search for attachments and survey reporting.
Promotions are now enabled using product groups.
Marketing specific enhancements cover new and improved functions for e-mail blasts, access restrictions for e-mail templates, target group search for manual and automatic member determination and some other minor features.
The Buying Center contains a print option for buying center images.
You can now save visit plans for a specific day as a route or route template for later reuse. In addition to accounts, you can now add individual customers to routes. The new feature in territories can grant users access to not only a parent territory but also its child territories.
New features in deal registration enable you to remove personal information for data privacy, export deal registration to Microsoft Excel, and approve a sales transaction as a delegate.
View and edit SAP Marketing Cloud permissions, collaborate across SAP Marketing Cloud campaigns on SAP Jam and mark a sales campaign as obsolete.
