SAP joins forces with CallidusCloud
SAP Sales Cloud is a comprehensive cloud system for managing, supporting, and automating sales processes. A wide range of this solution includes, among others, the functions of the CallidusCloud system.
CallidusCloud is a leader in cloud solutions in the lead-to-money process. At the beginning of 2018, the company was acquired by SAP. CallidusCloud offers solutions for managing and supporting sales processes, such as CPQ (configure, price, quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Commissions (commission management in real time). The module also enables building approval workflows of sales documents. These functions have been integrated with the SAP Sales Cloud system. They consist, among others, of the following elements.
SAP CPQ supports sales representatives in configuring complex products, enabling comprehensive final combinations. The system informs a seller about unavailable configurations. A document generated that way can be created based on previously prepared templates. SAP CPQ also allows integration with e-commerce systems, offering the online store users a possibility to configure the product using an intuitive interface.
The Commissions module was created to manage sales representatives commissions. The system enables to design comprehensive, personalized models made for this purpose, which are generated by a business user. Modeling is supported by AI analyses and recommendations. SAP Commissions can be integrated with ERP, CRM systems and HR.
Callidus CLM is a tool for automating the process of negotiating contracts. Approval workflows, ready-to-use templates, and an intuitive user interface allow sales representatives to close contracts faster. Callidus CLM offers integration with CRM systems, while from the SAP Sales Cloud access to CLM tool is possible from the contract view.
CallidusCloud tools extended the SAP Sales Cloud portfolio with additional solutions, making SAP Sales Cloud an even more comprehensive CRM cloud system.
