This functionality can be effectively leveraged in scenarios such as sending messages to new users of a website. As a user creates an account, their data passes through SAP Customer Data Cloud and is then automatically transmitted to the SAP Emarsys system via the newly established connection. There, an adequately configured program will send a welcome message to the user.
