The first new service is SAP C4C – a cloud CRM solution. It increases sales efficiency and boosts customer service. It provides top of the range communication with clients. SAP Cloud for Customer allows you to call, email your customer, meet them at the point of sale, or even communicate via social networks like Facebook or LinkedIn.

Hybris Marketing

Another technology in our offer is Hybris Marketing. It is used to manage marketing activities of and customer relations. The technology is in line with the latest trends because it manages different customer groups. Each category of customers is characterized by specific moods and needs – hence the need to send personalized advertising messages.

The technology is the answer to the nature of Client 3.0 behaviour, following the principle of omnichanneling. It assumes a transition from one (offline) medium and making a purchase on another (online).

Hybris Commerce

Hybris Commerce is an e-commerce platform to manage sales departments and customers’ commercial data. This solution facilitates the unification of sales processes across all channels and, consequently, ensures the increase of satisfaction levels and customer engagement.

Hybris Commerce, similarly to Hybris Marketing, is an omnichannel solution offering multichannel reach of the customer. The system helps interact with customers using countless sales channels, integrated with each other, such as online stores, the Web, retail outlets, social media, mobile devices, mail, call centres or printed materials.

SAP HANA Cloud Platform

SAP HCP is the SAP system environment operating in the cloud, available on the platform as a service (PaaS). This solution combines advantages of the cloud and on-premise solutions. It significantly accelerates the process and ensures high-end security.

SAP HANA Cloud Platform can collect data not only from SAP on-premise, but also from sources such as social media and other external sources. Versatility of this solution is evident if we look at the range of applications available in SAP HANA App Center.
