JPK_V7M/V7K postponed to October 1, 2020

On Thursday, May 28 the Ministry of Finance informed:

„In order to meet taxpayers’ expectations and reduce obligations in connection with the current state of epidemics caused by SARS CoV-2, we are postponing the date of mandatory submission of the new JPK_VAT for all taxpayers from July 1, 2020, to October 1, 2020”.”

Small, medium and large taxpayers have more time to implement changes to their financial and accounting systems to adapt to the requirements of the new JPK_V7M/K (VDEK) file. The previous postponement of the deadline to 1 July for large companies was introduced under the Polish Anti-Crisis Shield of 31 March 2020, which we wrote about on our website in March and April.
